The District plans to construct a new 12,000 square foot classroom building with 12 classrooms including site work, demolition, earthwork, landscaping, sidewalks, covered walkways, retaining walls, utilities, DSA required lighting, on a District-owned site located at 451 Jaycee Drive in San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the District is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Work.

A mandatory pre-submittal conference and job walk shall be held on Monday, May 5, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. at the Bishop’s Peak Elementary School, 451 Jaycee Drive, San Luis Obispo, California, 93401 to answer questions and provide any additional information concerning the Contract and the Project. Proposing firms not attending the Mandatory Conference and Job Walk will be disqualified.
